General rental information

• Both the Bay Cottage and Lake Cottage are available.
• Rentals may be weekly or longer.
• Monthly and seasonal discounted rates are also available.
• A deposit of half the rent is due the day you reserve your vacation rental; the remainder
  is due the week before you arrive.
